Oil based powder dyes are used to colour White Chocolate, Macaroons, Butter Frostings, Modelling Paste, Flower Paste and Ready to Roll Fondant Icing. The Dye Pack A contains 4 x 1gm phial in Red, Orange, Yellow and Green. Simply add a few shakes of powder to your melted white chocolate and mix. Keep adding more powder until you get the desired colour. The powder has no taste and doesn't leave residue. If you need to colour large volumes of chocolate (ie 200g plus, then you will need to budget for between 5-10% of the volume you are colouring in powder dye to achieve strong colours.). You can also make a liquid paste by adding a drop or two of boiling water to some powder colour.
