At Auswide Party Supplies, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused and in original packaging
  • Products are in resalable condition

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.We will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Offer a refund

We may request photos to assist with the claim.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened food products (syrups, fairy floss, etc.)
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalised items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
