The white truffle ganache has a lovely rich taste that is great when paired with the Bakels crème muffin or alpine white chocolate mud cake. The ganache is perfect for whipping, dripping and even piping! When using, the white truffle ganache should have a peanut butter like consistency. In the warmer months, we recommend to add around 300g of melted white chocolate to 1kg of white truffle ganache. If you are doing a drip, you can add the Creative Chocolate Colours to achieve a coloured ganache.
